Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of Pharmaceutical Virtual Sales supervisory or management experience required.
  • 5+ years of Pharmaceutical Virtual/Inside Sales experience required.
  • Experience within a pharmaceutical/medical call center environment desired.
  • Hands-on experience with auto-dialers and call center telephony technologies.
  • Demonstrating resilience and professionalism while delivering exceptional service while managing complex and demanding client relationships.
  • Ability to engage in high-level strategic discussions with clients and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and influence decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, business acumen, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively coach and motivate a team to meet expectations and achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a virtual team and support activities to ensure team meets clients’ strategies and objectives inclusive of achieving performance forecasts and meeting risk metrics.
  • Responsible for coaching, providing feedback and performance management to meet key KPI's and revenue goals.
  • Analyze team trends or patterns to identify areas of improvement and implement a plan to effectively drive productivity and sales.
  • Provide guidance to virtual representatives to assist with customer service and problem-solving skills with staff and HCPs.
  • Work with compliance to keep abreast of the regulations, state requirements, and other factors that affect the day-to-day activities of the team.
  • Ensure compliant adherence to ImpactBio and client policies and procedures .
  • Review SLAs and ensure they are maintained in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Responsible for managing expense reports, promotional spending, and for monitoring PTO.
  • Responsible for working with recruiting to fill positions identifying top talent and manage team turnover.
  • Works with internal stakeholders and client to modify IC plan design/changes and ensure accurate quarterly IC calibration.
  • Develop a regular communication plan for weekly team meetings to ensure execution of organizational goals, strategies, progress, competitive issues, and ongoing training.
  • Keep management informed of individual and team performance in addition to insights and solutions.
  • Responsible for strategic account management and execution of business meetings .
