Respond to phone, electronic, and internal group leads by following the direction of Drury United: The Sales Difference in order to increase company, market, and hotel revenue. Support Drury United and Hotel Operations as it relates to coordinating and servicing the needs of Drury customers related to all group bookings. Primary focus is inside sales and includes coordinating guest room and meeting room details, incoming inquiries, prospecting group leads from third-party platforms, and build lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Must present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times to promote the Drury culture to customers and team members.
