About The Position

The Virtual Metrology Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining Virtual Metrology recipes that enable real‑time process monitoring and advanced process control (APC). The role combines data science, metrology expertise, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver high‑impact solutions for manufacturing productivity and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering, Mathematics, or Systems Analysis.
• Able to prioritize large workloads on a daily basis (Multitasking).
• Experience with FAB automation and reporting systems.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point.

Nice To Haves

• Master preferred.
• Experience with Spotfire, JMP or other analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of Virtual Metrology inline trends, troubleshoot daily issues and provide reports with detailed analysis with resolution.
• Develop and optimize Virtual Metrology recipes for Feed-Forward and Feedback APC's (Advanced Process Control).
• Review and optimize Virtual Metrology recipes for process monitoring and prediction.
• Data Analysis (Statistics, Design of Experiments - DOE)
• Knowledge of Metrology measurement techniques (THK, CON, OCD, CD, VM, IM).
• Participate in cross functional team to collaborate for high impact solution.
