About The Position

Virtual Mental Health Therapist Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: North Carolina Role Summary This role is designed for licensed mental health clinicians providing therapy through a fully virtual platform. You will work with a steady caseload, deliver structured treatment, and focus on client progress without the disruption of rotating schedules or administrative overload. The day-to-day work centers on sessions, treatment planning, and clinical follow-through. If virtual care fits how you work best, this role is ready when you are.

Requirements

• Active North Carolina license as LCMHC or LMFT
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Experience in outpatient or telehealth mental health services
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Comfortable managing a full-time remote caseload

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
• Develop and update treatment plans
• Document sessions and client progress accurately
• Coordinate care with internal clinical teams
• Maintain compliance with state and organizational standards
