Requirements

Active life insurance license (required)
Proven experience in insurance sales preferred
Strong communicator who can follow a script with confidence
Goal-driven, coachable, and accountable in a remote work environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and CRMs

Responsibilities

Run virtual consultations with leads who are actively seeking insurance information
Follow our fully scripted presentation designed to convert appointments into policies
Offer tailored life insurance solutions (including mortgage protection, final expense, etc.)
Submit e-applications and follow up on pending business
Maintain CRM activity and client communication
Plug into ongoing training, leadership calls, and team meetings
