The Customer Care and Aftersales (CCA) Global Labor Time department is seeking a Virtual Labor Time Study Author to become part of the team. This position will be responsible for creating virtual labor time studies using virtual, CAD data and hands-on vehicle markups. The role involves working daily with TeamCenter and Excel based studies, collaborating with other teams such as Mechanical Service Information Team and Global Warranty Team on special projects, and serving as a single point of contact for labor time publication related issues. The author will also be involved in global coordination to share best practices and implement learnings/tools, as well as process development and execution, including creating and communicating metrics.
