About The Position

This is a fully remote 1099 contract opportunity for educators to teach the curriculum of the school on the district's virtual platform. Educators will attend district professional development and faculty meetings, record student progress, and partner with an in-class facilitator who is physically present with students. The position follows the school district's calendar and offers immediate start dates based on available placement opportunities upon completion of the application process.

Requirements

• Must live near a LiveScan location or be willing to drive to one.
• California certification for Mild to Moderate Support Needs/Extensive Support Needs (required).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.

Nice To Haves

• SEIS knowledge is highly preferred.
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
