About The Position

Our client, a fast-growing startup, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support its C-level executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role is known for its exceptional productivity demands, where a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality are essential. While it can be demanding, it offers significant rewards. Requirements

  • A suitable work-from-home space
  • Minimum internet connection: 30 Mbps minimum
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week) at a time that suits your client
  • At least 1 year experience in a full-time role, excluding freelance work that do not have set schedules
  • Are energized by their capacity to create an impact and are fueled by a genuine desire to aid others.

  • Understand how to use ChatGPT AI tools to increase their productivity
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and modern productivity and project management tools/apps (e.g., Monday, Notion, CRMs)

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage your client's daily schedule and priorities to assist them in achieving their ambitious aspirations.
  • Take charge of calendar management and scheduling.
  • Engage in research and formulate plans to facilitate your client's personal and professional growth.
  • Exhibit initiative to pleasantly surprise and gratify your client.
  • Establish strong relationships within your client's network and team, actively aiding in the management of these vital connections.
  • Lead the way in handling internal and external communications, crafting presentations, generating reports, and managing social media engagements.
  • Assist with drafting and editing of documents, including memos, presentations, and reports, ensuring that they are professional and well-structured.
  • Handle confidential information; act as a liaison between executives and other staff.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and prepare expense reports.
