The Virtual CFO Department of Anders is seeking an Intern who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate and passionate about delivering outstanding results. The internship will start in January and run throughout the spring semester, with the opportunity to continue the internship into the summer. This role offers In-Person or Remote opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an accounting curriculum at the junior level or higher (Graduating May 2028 or earlier), with a preferred candidate that is in their Senior or Masters year
• Plan to pursue CPA
• Minimum 25+ hour work week required
• All applicants for this position must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for clients
• Be responsible for bank reconciliations, bill processing, and payroll journal entries
• Create pre-paid schedules in Excel
• Become familiar with Quickbooks Online, Bill.com, and CCH Axcess
