Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of Auto BDC experience or Call Center experience. Automotive experience is highly preferred!
• Demonstrated ability to be a GREAT communicator
• Proper phone etiquette

Responsibilities

• Call both Sales and Service lists for dealerships
• Call customers for equity mining and retention purposes
• Call OnStar customers with the diagnostic notifications
