Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
2+ years of experience in virtual or retail banking.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in banking systems and CRM platforms.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of digital customer interactions.
Provide guidance on banking products, policies, and digital tools.
Execute transactions, verify account details, and troubleshoot access issues.
Maintain accurate records of all client communications.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
