About The Position

The Evening Virtual Banker provides professional digital banking support to customers outside of standard business hours. This role focuses on resolving service issues, managing account inquiries, and delivering prompt, accurate assistance. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently during non-traditional hours.
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
Subject to the program and location of the position
Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
Must be willing to submit to drug screening. Job offers are contingent on drug screening results.

Previous experience in banking or virtual customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service via online and phone channels.
Process deposits, transfers, and account updates accurately.
Handle after-hours inquiries and resolve service issues.
Educate customers on mobile and online banking features.
Maintain compliance with all security protocols and policies.
