We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Virtual Assistant to support our dynamic team in delivering high-quality education and training. The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely communication, assisting in course administration, and enhancing the overall learning experience for our students. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with online collaboration tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace).
  • A passion for education and a willingness to learn about technology fields.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of e-learning and instructional design principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team and assist with daily operations.
  • Manage communications with students, instructors, and external partners through email and messaging platforms.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating online training sessions and webinars.
  • Maintain and organize digital files, course materials, and student records.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed to support ongoing operations.
  • Monitor and respond to student inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in marketing and outreach efforts to promote training programs and resources.
