Requirements

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed.
  • Manage and organize digital files and documents, ensuring easy retrieval and accurate record-keeping.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
