About The Position
Job Opportunities with The Academies by Harvard Student Agencies Position: Virtual Academies Instructor Level One Location: Virtual Commitment: Hours Vary Compensation: $20.00 per hour for first 40 hours before promotion Programs Offered: Business, Coding, Government, Pre-Med, Finance Each Academies program is a week or weekend long - you will likely be teaching new students every week Class sizes vary by subject but we target a student-instructor ratio of no more than 15:1 Deliver engaging and interactive lessons based on our provided curricula. Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment Monitor student progress and facilitate them in creating a capstone project Assist with program logistics if necessary Apply Now for either position to make a significant impact on high school students and gain valuable teaching experience.
Requirements
- Current Harvard undergraduate student
- Passionate about education and working with students
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to commit to working for given program weeks
- No prior teaching experience necessary!
Responsibilities
