Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
  • Ability to perform duties of the position in a professional manner and appearance, ability to make independent and good judgement decisions within proper policy and procedures
  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and lifting and carrying 30+ pounds
  • Strong sense of teamwork and the ability to also work independently on assigned tasks
  • Working in a rain or shine outdoor venue
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests as the enter the VIP entrance, club, and pavilion
  • Following all state and local health guidelines as directed by the CDC
  • Scanning tickets, issuing wristbands/credentials as guests enter the venue
  • Answering questions, showing guests to their seats and assisting with any other needs that may arise throughout the evening
  • Assist in all the different aspects of the VIP/Premium Seat Services experience - including the club, decks, pavilion/box seats and parking lot.
  • Assist with venue clean-up and tear down at the end of each show, which may include, but is not limited to assisting with trash pick up, moving furniture and picking up lawn chairs.
