About The Position

As a VIP Travel Consultant in the Media & Entertainment sector, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they travel smart and efficiently. This role involves utilizing BCD Travel tools to manage travel requests, providing expert consultation on travel policies, and maintaining knowledge of industry regulations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and strong communication skills to meet the needs of high-profile clients.

Requirements

• Experience in VIP travel is required; experience with VIP Studio Executives is a plus.
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.
• Proven history of working in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment requiring flexibility.
• Strong skills in GDS Sabre and Turbo Sabre.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Expertly use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete travel requests.
• Understand client travel policies and provide consultation accordingly.
• Fulfill requests regarding necessary travel regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
• Provide clients with industry information such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
• Review operational processes and suggest improvements to enhance client relationships.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of the travel industries supported.
