We’re looking for someone who knows their tech and knows how to treat people. As our VIP IT Support specialist, you’ll provide “white glove” support to executives and key stakeholders. This role is all about delivering fast, seamless, and discreet IT support with a polished, concierge-style approach. If you’re the kind of person who fixes issues before anyone notices them, and can calmly handle high-pressure situations, this role is for you. This role is expected to work on Service Desk tasks, supports various projects, and may involve additional responsibilities as needed, it’s not limited to VIP support only This role requires being on call The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance. $101.6K - $140K USD We use artificial intelligence to screen, assess, or select applicants for the position.
