About The Position

The VIP Services Manager creates memorable experiences for our most valued guests by leading a team of Supervisors and Coordinators who deliver personalized, world-class service. This role is all about anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and setting the tone for the kind of unforgettable moments that define true VIP hospitality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Front Services at a Hotel/Casino.
• 1+ Year of Supervising or Leading a Team in a Hotel/Casino preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the Supervisors and Coordinators to include assisting with implementation and maintenance of operational procedures for quality and quantity standards to ensure excellent service to every guest.
• Identifies and resolves inefficiencies/concerns that affect the Casino VIP Services operation.
• Executes all payroll and time keeping forms for agents in the Casino Marketing Department.
• Oversees performances of staff: interviews, hires, trains, develops, counsels and evaluates as necessary.
• Constantly monitors staff performance in all phases of service and job functions, rectifying any deficiencies with respective personnel.
• Provides feedback to staff on their performance.
• Addresses disciplinary concerns, counsels and mentors employees.
• Observes guest reactions and confers frequently with staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Researches data and trends, recommends courses of actions to reduce cost and maximize casino revenue.
• Keeps abreast of current advances and practices in the Hotel/Casino Industry.
