The VIP Services Representative, reporting to the VIP Service Supervisor, ensures top-tier, personalized service for valued guests throughout their entire experience from pre-arrival to post-visit follow-up. They deliver concierge level hospitality, build strong guest relationships, and work closely with various departments to create seamless, memorable stays while safeguarding guest confidentiality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct guest service experience in hospitality or casino environment.
- Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age due to gaming license requirements.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual abilities a plus.
- Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
- Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members.
