About The Position

Works in assigned premium lounge and provides exceptional beverage and food service to all guest in accordance with departmental standards. G reets each guest in a friendly manner upon their arrival. Obtains the drink order from guest and presents the drink order to the Bartender Delivers drink to the guest in a timely and professional manner Returns to each assigned table periodically to see if guest desires additional service $16.00 Per Hour

Requirements

One-year prior food and beverage server experience preferred.
Ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer service
Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to perform job
Ability to carry tray and stand for long periods of time
CER License is required

Responsibilities

Responsible for removing dirty dishes, glasses, silverware and soiled paper goods and wipes table clean.
Resets the table for the next arriving party.
Maintains a clean station at all times and completes side work during shift.
Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines and as outlined in serv safe certification
May perform other duties as assigned.
