We're hiring a VIP Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll: Act as a liaison with all other Casino departments. Make responsible decisions pertaining to comping. Interact with the Hotel for comping of rooms and meals. Resolve guest disputes regarding comping of hotel rooms, etc. Resolves guest disputes with all other departments. Attend in-house and outside venue events. Establish and maintain a customer base. Enroll new players and reactivate archived players. Interact with all guests in a warm and professional manner. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
