Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison with all other casino departments.
- Exercise sound judgment and make responsible decisions pertaining to comping.
- Interact with the Hotel regarding comping of rooms and food.
- Resolve guest complaints related to Hotel and all other departments.
- Attend in-house and outside events.
- Establish and maintain loyal customer base.
- Enroll new players.
- Reactivate archived players.
- Provide exceptional guest service.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
