About The Position

As a VIP National Trainer, you would be responsible for: Helping to develop scalable, high‑impact training solutions—including digital learning modules, sales playbooks, job aids, facilitator guides, and process documentation—that elevate sales effectiveness and ensure consistency across all VIP teams. Partnering closely with Regional Sales Managers, site leadership, and subject matter experts to translate business needs into engaging, actionable learning experiences that strengthen product knowledge, sales strategy, and client engagement for high‑value members.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Must have availability to travel up to 25%
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach and inspire experienced sales professionals.
  • Deep knowledge of vacation ownership products and sales practices.
  • Expertise in consultative selling and closing strategies.
  • Resourceful problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic sales environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in timeshare sales, marketing, or customer care training.
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • 3+ years of managerial experience

Responsibilities

  • Training Architecture & Content Development
  • Assist in designing and building training platforms, learning paths, and digital modules that support VIP sales strategies, product expertise, and client engagement standards.
  • Develop high‑quality training content such as learning modules, videos, job aids, sales playbooks, facilitator guides, and assessments.
  • Maintain and update all VIP training materials to reflect evolving products, market trends, and organizational priorities.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, compliance requirements, and HGV values.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partners with Regional Sales Directors, site leaders, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and convert them into scalable learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with Training & Development to integrate VIP content into enterprise learning systems and digital platforms.
  • Work with operational and marketing teams to ensure training materials accurately reflect current offerings and messaging.
  • Training Quality & Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze performance trends, sales metrics, and feedback to inform content updates and identify opportunities for skill development.
  • Conduct periodic audits of training materials and platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
  • Support new VIP initiatives by creating launch toolkits, communication guides, and training resources.
  • Ensure all training content supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Occasional Facilitation
  • Deliver targeted training sessions as needed to support new content rollouts or specialized initiatives.
  • Provide coaching to site‑level leaders or trainers on how to deliver VIP content effectively.
