About The Position
Andaz Maui at Wailea is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the resort and villa experience for our most discerning guests. The VIP Experience Manager will exceed guest expectations from the moment of reservation, through to the moment they leave the island. The Experience Manager will initiate and manage the VIP experience for the resort, managing the guest experience to execute the highest level of service consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department, the division, and resort. This role includes developing a database of information on guests, handling operational needs for the Villas & Residences, and being a key liaison for all owner and VIP guest experiences. The Experience Manager will also create and implement service standards and policies, manage human resources responsibilities, oversee communications, and control labor costs.
