Requirements

• High School Diploma or relevant certificate required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience required.
• Two years of experience within a hotel/gaming property is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process check-in and check-out transactions for VIPs.
• Assist VIPs with questions about the city and property.
• Assist VIPs with booking dinner, shows, and other entertainment.
• Assist with guest service recovery.
• Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
• Stay informed about current events in the hotel to assist VIPs.
• Act as a liaison on behalf of the guest to expedite requests.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards all guests.
• Anticipate guests' needs and expectations.
• Perform other job duties as requested.
