About The Position

VIP iGaming Casino Hosts are an integral part of our VIP program. This role is dedicated to working with entry level VIP iGaming guests in an effort to increase their play to a level that will qualify them for a VIP Executive Host. The name of this team is “Path to Digital VIP” and the primary objectives will be to focus on three specific segments consisting of Pre-VIPs, Lapsed VIPs, and Prospective VIPs. VIP iGaming Casino Hosts will work as a team and in turn be incentivized on their team's success as a supplement to their base salary. This position is a perfect starting point for anyone aspiring to enter the industry of VIP iGaming Executive Hosting. VIP iGaming Casino Hosts will share a pool of guests across the three previously mentioned segments without having to provide their name or contact info. This is important because a fundamental rule of the “Path to VIP” program is to keep a clear line between our guests perceived value of being hosted by a Casino Host compared to the value of being hosted by an Executive Casino Host. Casino Hosts will not need to attend to guests requests outside of their normal business hours. Requirements

  • Two or more years in sales or the casino industry.
  • Positive personality that is not easily swayed.
  • The ability to stay calm and composed when speaking with agitated guests.
  • Aptitude for creative thinking in terms of finding new ways to solve situations.
  • Basic understanding of casino games and their correlating rules.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Must be able to obtain gaming license in all jurisdictions Caesars casinos operate in.
  • Very strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Incentivize Pre-VIPs, Lapsed VIPs, and Prospective VIPs with strategic digital casino offers to increase the guest's wagering activity.
  • Graduate as many players to a VIP Executive Casino Hosted level as possible.
  • Work with teammates closely to achieve all team targets set forth by the leadership team.
  • Utilize your personality in your phone calls, texts, and emails to ensure guests can feel our family style service.
  • Congratulate guests who have large wins with us.
  • Outbound contacts will be your daily focus with little to no focus on inbound contacts.
  • Coordinate with VIP customer support to pass along any guest issues that need to be reviewed.
  • All contacts will be made via phone call, email, and/or text.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to teach, mentor, train and share information with colleagues.
  • Ensure all concerns are addressed in a timely manner communicating with internal and external partners.
  • Knowledgeable of all happenings on property and in-market for cross-sell opportunities.
  • Brainstorm and helps create new Path to Digital VIP promotions and initiatives to enhance the value of the program producing measurable financial results from the provided cohort of guests.
