As a VIP Host, you’ll be right at the heart of the LEGOLAND® guest experience, helping build magical moments for our most important guests while contributing to one of the most fun and rewarding places to work in the world. This is a frontline, guest-facing role for confident, experienced hosts who enjoy connecting with families, delivering personalized service, and going the extra mile. 🌟 What You’ll Be Doing Act as a trusted member of the VIP team, supporting smooth and efficient resort operations. Lead by example with professionalism, positivity, and outstanding guest service. Attend shift meetings to stay aligned on daily priorities. Be the first friendly face and go-to contact for VIP guest enquiries, offering solutions, reassurance, and helpful information. Deliver Show-Stopping VIP Experiences Create unforgettable moments through VIP tours, hotel packages, birthday parties, special events, and bespoke experiences across the resort. Get to know each guest and personalize their visit to exceed expectations. Handle VIP bookings and reservations with care and attention to detail. Respond confidently to enquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions. Act as a VIP concierge before arrival and throughout the guest’s visit, turning enquiries into exciting experiences. Send post-visit surveys and use feedback to help us continuously improve. Follow all VIP standards and procedures to ensure a premium experience every time.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support park operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience in a guest-facing role such as a commercial or theme park environment.
  • Basic math and computing skills are preferred.
