About The Position

The VIP Hospitality Runner at Virgin Theater is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to VIP guests during events. This part-time role involves maintaining the VIP area, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and assisting with the distribution of VIP amenities. The position serves as the primary point of contact for VIP patrons, addressing their needs and ensuring a memorable experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and move moderately heavy objects up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to climb up and down stairs.
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact and provide customer service and hospitality to VIP patrons.
  • Assist with maintaining the VIP area, ensuring it is clean, safe, and secure for patrons.
  • Assist in inventory and distribution of VIP amenities and merchandise.
  • Prepare and ensure materials are supplied and stocked throughout the event.
  • Assist with clean up and disposal after the event.
  • May escort guests from the VIP entrance to their seats and provide information about VIP amenities.
  • Communicate any issues that arise during the event to the Manager.
