About The Position
Earn up to $3000 in Quarterly Bonus's. Generate a customer awareness of the 24KT Club member program as well as any upcoming special events, promotions, and specifically VIP events. Builds close relationships with VIP and hosted-level customers through personal contact by phone and in-person with the goal of generating additional and profitable gaming revenues. Meet and greet customers at the Casino Host desk, on the casino floor, the hotel front desk, at special events and during promotions. Candidates must possess a truly exceptional and unwavering commitment to providing the best possible customer experience for our best casino guests.
