About The Position

A VIP Driver will be passionate about customer service and guest safety, serving as a company ambassador while transporting guests to and from the airport, as well as other destinations. They will set the tone of the guest experience by being the first person to welcome our guests to our properties and wish them farewell as they depart.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 1-year previous professional driving experience.
  • Skilled in the safe operation of limousines, SUVs, and all other vehicles in the fleet.
  • Must have and maintain a clean DMV record.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Nevada Driver's License.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Strong knowledge of the Las Vegas area.
  • Outgoing, friendly personality.
  • Previous experience working in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in languages other than English.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as an ambassador for Caesars Entertainment.
  • Maintains a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Pick up and drop off guests on time and safely to predetermined locations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Assists guests in handling luggage and packages.
  • Opens doors for guests as they enter and exit the vehicle.
  • Maintains a clean and presentable vehicle.
  • Assists guests with answering questions about events, the resorts, and amenities.
  • Submits updated Virginia DMV report and driver's license as requested.
  • Engages others in general conversation tactics to build rapport quickly.
  • Displays adaptable interpersonal skills for a wide range of audiences and stakeholders.
  • Approaches fact-finding and discovery missions in a collaborative effort.
  • Values input and experiences of others to uncover deeper issues.
  • Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management in English.
  • Must be able to complete standard forms and reports.
