The receptionist will track and manage incoming VIP visitors, maintaining a close watch on all activities within the internal visitor process. Knowledge of daily meetings and any last-minute changes is essential to effectively manage the flow of visitors. As the first point of contact for all activities and emergencies, the VIP Corporate Receptionist must remain alert and ready to address any challenges that may arise within the conference center. This includes taking ownership of issues, resolving them, or following escalation procedures as necessary. The role also involves handling meeting room bookings through a reservation system, ensuring strategic assignment of meeting spaces to maximize utilization.
