About The Position

The VIP Coordinator is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to both internal and external customers at the casino. This role involves managing special services for VIP guests, handling reservations, and providing information about the hotel and casino offerings. The position requires a focus on customer satisfaction while maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of PBX/VIP services experience.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably hotel front desk and/or night audit.
  • Casino experience with knowledge in handling internal and external phone calls, making reservations, and professional communications.
  • Familiarity with casino computer systems and basic computer programs.
  • Excellent oral, verbal, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Casino Hosts, Credit Executives, and Casino Personnel with arranging special services for quality customers.
  • Check all same and next day arrivals to ensure optimum accuracy of reservations.
  • Handle the plane program and VIP salesforce job duties.
  • Manage incoming calls for hotel room reservation requests and property/area information inquiries.
  • Process requests from casino VIP guests, including room reservations, transportation, restaurant, and special event reservations.
  • Field guest complaints and problems in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, plane programs, and available offers through Horseshoe Casino & Hotel Bossier City.
  • Adhere to attendance guidelines and company policies.
