About The Position

The VIP Coordinator at Estancia La Jolla is a key role responsible for enhancing the guest experience by showcasing the hotel and its amenities. This position involves direct interaction with guests, assisting the Director of Guest Experiences, and supporting daily Concierge and VIP operations. The role requires a strong focus on service excellence and the ability to create memorable experiences for guests.

Requirements

• Minimum two years' experience in hospitality operations.
• Results-oriented with a focus on service excellence.
• Attention to detail with a talent for multitasking.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator, team member, and collaborator.
• Minimum two years in hospitality operations and concierge experience.
• Proven record of delivering 'best in class' customer interactions.
• InforHMS experience preferred.
• Highly responsible & reliable.

• Experience in luxury hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of local attractions and services.
