The VIP Hospitality & Concierge Manager acts as a dedicated owner for portfolios of VIP clients, partners, or executives, leading complex, high-touch experiences end-to-end. This is
a specialized individual contributor role focused on relationship ownership and outcome management. You will be responsible for anticipating client needs, proactively mitigating risk, and coordinating multi-stakeholder experiences to ensure seamless execution for StubHub’s most valuable clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in VIP services, hospitality, client experience, or related fields
• Proven ability to manage high-value relationships and complex engagements independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong competency in relationship management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage ongoing relationships with VIP clients, partners, or executives, ensuring continuity and trust.
• Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder experiences across internal teams to deliver seamless hospitality.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively mitigate risk before issues arise.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sensitive, high-visibility, or time-critical requests.
• Track trends, feedback, and engagement outcomes to continuously improve VIP experience quality.
• Maintain discretion and high emotional intelligence while navigating confidential or high-pressure situations
• Additional duties as assigned.
