About The Position
FanDuel Group is looking for a VIP client services Senior Associate to support the VIP shield select offering. As the VIP client services Senior Associate, you will be managing the shield select order portfolio as well as assisting with the communications along with the logistical planning and delivery of the VIP experience. Your role will create opportunities to both reward customers and deliver experiences which to our most valuable players. Customer communication both with FanDuel direct customers along with FanDuel third party vendors will be a critical component of this role. This role may from time to time require in person hosting. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
