About The Position

The VIP Bottle Server at Ritual is responsible for providing exceptional service in a vibrant nightclub environment. This part-time role focuses on delivering a high-quality experience to guests, particularly during bottle service hours from Thursday to Sunday. The server will engage with clients, promote events, and ensure a memorable experience for all patrons.

Requirements

• 1 year of bottle service experience (preferred).
• Customer service skills.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell tables and develop a consistent client base.
• Host tables throughout the duration of their reservation.
• Upsell guests on spirits and sparkling options.
• Prepare drinks/beverages for guests.
• Market ongoing events for Ritual and help promote the business via word of mouth and digital marketing.
