About The Position

Provide
the best experience
for our Guests with elegance, style, finesse and a
charming demeanor. Must maintain extensive outlet menu, wine and spirits
knowledge. Duties include an extensive beverage preparation and
entertainment/flair for the assigned outlet which may include bar, lounge,
gaming and dining areas while maintaining proper health standards and a safe
environment. Is responsible for processing transactions using the Company's
P.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances. Maintain the bar is
fully stocked, with no product overages of shortages.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, Beverage, Cordials and after dinner drinks.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Must possess understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and an understanding of soda, juice and liquor guns.
• Previous Food and Beverage experience in a fast pace environment with bartending experience in a nightclub and/or entertainment venue.
• Outgoing personality, warm and friendly, demonstrate enthusiasm and professionalism, and effective listening skills.
• Must have the ability to work effectively in a high volume environment while maintaining proper portion control, safety, health and service standards.
