About The Position
Bartender (Barman) Description: Prepares and serves drinks to Guests and beverage servers incompliance with all Company and health department standards andpolicies. Is responsible for processing transactions using the Company'sP.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances. Maintain thebar is fully stocked, with no product overages of shortages. Requirements
- Minimum age requirement is 21.
- Must be able to communicateeffectively.
- Must be able Bartento obtain all required work cards andGaming Registration.
- Knowledge of wines, spirits, Beverage, Cordials andafter dinner drinks.
- Must have cash handling experience.
- Must possessunderstanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drinkrecipes, garnishments, and an understanding of soda, juice and liquorguns.
