In addition, you will ensure our team members have the resources to provide our guests with memorable moments at Durango. While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be: Maintaining advanced outlet menu, wine and spirits knowledge. Duties include food service and drink preparation for the assigned outlet which may include bar, lounge, gaming and dining areas. Must have knowledge and ability to perform proper Bottle service, and ability to conduct full wine service, including decanting wine. Familiarizing yourself with repeat Guest personal preferences to be able to personalize the service experience. This includes drink preparation, mixers, garnishes and flavor profiles of the offered beverage. Having the appropriate knowledge of high profit menu items to be able to describe them in an enticing and informative way based on the Guest’s personal preferences.

Requirements

  • 1 + year of previous Food and Beverage experience in a fast-pace environment with cocktail serving experience in a bar/lounge/steakhouse or fine dining establishment.
  • Maintain accurate and proper comp and cash handling procedures, using POS systems.
  • Must be 21 and able to obtain all necessary work cards.
