Job Responsibilities The VIP International Ambassador is responsible for generating a positive and friendly atmosphere for all customers; and identifying, greeting guests and providing complementary and other service where required. Essential Duties • Ensure positive customer relations through effective communications. • Regularly review gaming area to assist customers. • Greet players in a friendly manner and provides assistance where necessary. • Evaluate play and point system to award complimentary. • Maintain follow up contact with customers. • Attend periodic meetings and training sessions. • Monitor VIP areas as assigned. • Obtain new player cards. • Ensure customer needs are met in a timely fashion. • Promote excellent customer service, positive public and employee relations. • Present one in a neat and clean appearance at all times • Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Physical and Mental Must be able to stand and walk the property for entire shift. Must be able to listen to customer concerns and make reasonable decisions based on company policies and procedures. Must be able to analyze situations and handle in a calm and rational manner. Must keep a flexible work schedule, and work weekends. Must present oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high volume, noisy environment with multiple distractions. Work/Educational Experience • Must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school or equivalent diploma and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the New York State Lottery regulations • Bachelor’s Degree AND two (2) years’ experience in a Marketing, Player Development, or Player Development Supervisory position required o OR Four (4) years’ experience in a Marketing, Asian Player Development, or Player Development Management position required o OR Two (2) years’ experience in a Marketing, Asian Player Development, or Player Development Supervisory position within Resorts World required • Six (6) years’ related work experience in Marketing, Sales or Player Development required • Experienced and proficient with Kronos Workforce Ready, DRS, GCVS, RWCPS, Ariba, PowerHost, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Primary Casino Management System and Offer Management system. • Must have excellent PC, communication, and delegation skills • Must be a team player • Must speak one of the following dialects, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean or Vietnamese.
