The University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM), a nationally prominent comprehensive college for the performing and media arts, seeks an experienced teacher and performing artist for a full-time tenure-track appointment, intended to begin August 15, 2026. Rank and salary will be commensurate with credentials, with salary range as follows: Assistant Professor, $67,000 - $73,000; Associate Professor, $73,000-$80,000; Full Professor, $80,000-$100,000. Initial appointment is three years, after which the faculty member is eligible for reappointment. The University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) string department is a highly collaborative, multi-dimensional area of the Performance Studies Division, offering BM, MM, Artist Diploma, and DMA degree programs. During CCM's illustrious 150-year history, its string faculty has included Dorothy Delay, Eugène Ysaÿe, and the LaSalle Quartet. Its graduates are currently teaching at major conservatories and performing in major orchestras worldwide from Berlin to Beijing.
