Requirements

  • Passion for hospitality and creating elevated guest experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest or knowledge in wine and food pairings (training provided)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support overall operations
  • Commitment to professionalism, service excellence, and brand standards

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and engage guests, take food and beverage orders, and provide detailed menu knowledge
  • Create a welcoming and memorable experience that leaves a lasting first and final impression
  • Demonstrate strong wine knowledge, including flavor profiles, pairings, and pricing
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through thoughtful upselling of wine flights, glasses, food pairings, and retail bottles
  • Accurately and efficiently process all point-of-sale transactions
  • Build guest loyalty by delivering consistent, high-quality service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing work environment
  • Support all areas of the operation as needed, including seating, stocking, answering phones, and general upkeep
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure operational excellence
  • Address and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
  • Maintain current alcohol service certification and ensure responsible service at all times
