Our Viticulture Department is hiring Vineyard Labourer to support hands-on work in our vineyards during the growing season. This is a seasonal contract role.
Requirements
- Previous experience is preferred, but not required
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically able to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from the vineyard
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
Responsibilities
- Pruning, leaf pulling, shoot positioning, and crop thinning
- Maintenance and vineyard clean-up
- Harvest assistance when the time comes
- Other general labour tasks as assigned
