The Villa Owner Relations Coordinator is part of the Villa Operations team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Villa Operations. This position is responsible for the property management of villas in the Resort’s Rental Management Program and is focused on communicating with Villa Owners, other departments at the Resort, and coordinating with 3rd Party Vendors for proper maintenance of the Villas. Some of the duties this role is responsible for: Serve as the primary point of contact for Villa Owners, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication Manage high-volume phone calls and shared inbox communications with strong response times Coordinate and track maintenance requests through a work order/ticketing system Schedule and oversee third-party vendors for villa maintenance and repairs Conduct routine villa inspections and complete detailed reports Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Office teams to maintain villa readiness Assist with villa reservations and owner requests Support membership program administration (cards, guest passes, etc.) Manage vendor access (keys, scheduling, on-site coordination) Place villas out of order for maintenance or emergencies as needed Troubleshoot and resolve guest and owner concerns quickly and professionally Assist with month-end financial reconciliation and owner revenue reporting Ensure villas meet luxury hospitality standards and brand expectations
