The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating ST 600 and ST 800 stick pack machines. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production of high-quality stick packs for our nutraceutical products.

Requirements

Proven experience operating Viking Masek stick pack machines (ST 600 and ST 800).
Familiarity with powder and liquid filling processes.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain ST 600 and ST 800 stick pack machines, ensuring optimal performance and production efficiency.
Set up machines for different production runs, including adjusting settings for powder and liquid fillers.
Monitor the production process to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during production.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and improve processes.
Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times.
