About The Position

The US Digital Communications Director at ViiV Healthcare plays a critical role in implementing the global digital communications strategy within the US. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
• 8+ years of experience in communications within a corporate, global environment.
• 5+ years of experience in writing, editing, and visual storytelling for web and social media.
• Experience creating on-brand visual content for social media channels.
• Experience managing corporate social media channels.

• Knowledge and experience in analyzing social media metrics and applying digital insights.
• Experience executing paid/sponsored campaigns.
• Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SEO and social media best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as a digital strategic business partner to the US Communications and External Affairs team.
• Ensure US Digital Execution aligns with the Global Strategy.
• Provide real-time strategic digital communications advice.
• Manage stakeholder needs and expectations effectively.
• Support US Communications events and activations with digital communications plans.
• Lead on-the-ground content capture during events.
• Develop content for the US workstream with agency partners.
• Schedule US content in alignment with the global content calendar.
• Lead US always-on paid media strategy and execution.
• Manage relationships with agency partners and oversee budget tracking.
• Conduct monthly metrics analysis and deliver insights for digital communications execution.
