We design a platform that handles high volumes, concurrent users, and complex workflows , while remaining modular, maintainable, and future-proof. Your Missions As a VIE Tech Delivery, you will play a key role in delivering data-driven solutions to our customers. You will work at the intersection of data engineering and client engagement to turn complex operational data into actionable insights. This role offers strong ownership and exposure to real-world deployments, working closely with both internal teams and international clients.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills
• Good understanding of data modeling and ETL pipelines
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas or similar tools is a plus)
• Familiarity with Git
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software / Data Engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships or first job) in software development, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Eligible for the V.I.E. program (French or EU citizen, aged 18–28, registered on mon-vie-via.businessfrance.fr )

Nice To Haves

• Bonus: experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), cloud platforms, or containerization (Docker)

Responsibilities

• Design and build data pipelines to connect customer systems (ERP, data lakes) to Pelico’s platform
• Contribute to end-to-end project delivery, from data ingestion to modeling and deployment
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into scalable data solutions
• Work closely with customer operations teams to maximize impact and continuously improve solutions
• Contribute to best practices in data engineering and help scale Pelico’s delivery capabilities
• Analyze and interpret customer data (ERP systems, industrial datasets) to generate actionable insights
• Stay up to date with modern data and AI tools to continuously improve our approach
