About The Position

From capturing the energy of our iconic destinations to producing visually stunning content for digital campaigns, you’ll help showcase MGM’s world-class entertainment, hospitality, and innovation across multiple brands and platforms. This role is part of the Creative Services team, where bold ideas meet flawless execution. You’ll bring a mix of technical skill, creativity, and storytelling instinct to produce high-quality video content that connects with audiences and amplifies our brand voice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in experience in video production, or related experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of lighting, composition, and digital video techniques.
• Proficient with video and photo editing software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, or Avid.
• Skilled in directing on-camera talent and managing productions from concept to completion.
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexible schedule for shoots that may occur outside standard business hours.

Nice To Haves

• Resort, hospitality, or entertainment industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture, organize, and execute high-quality video content for digital and social channels that inspire and engage.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards individually or in collaboration with producers, writers, and editors.
• Direct and manage shoots—on property, on location, and in studio—ensuring visual excellence and brand alignment.
• Scout locations, assess potential obstacles, and propose innovative solutions that meet creative goals and budgets.
• Operate and maintain a variety of video, lighting, and audio equipment, including cameras, gimbals, dollies, and studio gear.
• Partner closely with marketing, brand, and broadcast teams to meet deadlines and uphold content standards.
• Continuously research and apply new video production and editing techniques to enhance storytelling and production value.
• Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced, and high-volume creative environment while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
