About The Position

What You'll Do Create high-quality video and photography that brings the brand to life across executive communications, events, external campaigns, and digital channels. This role captures video content, shoots portraits and still imagery to defined brand standards, and contributes to the ongoing evolution of our visual style. This is a hands-on production role with direct interaction with executives and frequent travel to conferences, off-site events and on-location shoots. Essential functions: Partner with clients and the studio team to define the creative approach, and production plan for film and photography projects of all sizes while ensuring brand alignment, quality, budget, and timeline. Serve as the primary portrait photographer for the company, delivering consistent on-brand portraits in studio and on location. Travel to conferences and off-sites to capture events and on-the-ground content while working independently and professionally with senior leaders. Partner with and coordinate external vendors or freelancers when specialized support for larger scale productions or broader audio/visual resources are required. Who You Are We are looking for someone with: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 4+years of professional experience in video capture, portrait photography, and on-location production. Strategic thinking, creativity and storytelling instincts within a brand environment. Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients and senior leaders and represent the brand professionally. Proficient with Canon EOS / Cinema systems and related production equipment (lighting, audio, stabilization), and Apple ecosystem. Experience creating content intended for social-first distribution (framing, pacing, orientation and platform considerations). Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere for rough cuts and selects (in collaboration with internal editors), Photoshop for retouching, and Lightroom as the primary tool for capture, editing, and cataloging of photo assets. Skilled in set design and lighting for multiple looks, with experience in audio recording and basic audio editing, and familiarity with color correction/grading to support hand-off to post. Strong file naming, metadata, and hand-off discipline from camera through delivery Understanding and influence corporate brand guidelines for visual content. Demonstrated interest in leading the adoption of AI within production workflow (for planning, selects, QC or efficiency gains). Familiarity with working in project management or workflow systems (g.Wrike, Asana, Workfront, etc.). Thrives in a highly collaborative environment working alongside other in-house creatives. Ability to travel up to 25 percent for conferences, executive events and on-location shoots. Ability to exert 20-50 lbs occasionally and 10-25 lbs frequently in handling gear and travel cases. Online/digital portfolio required.
